Website fixed but still a work in progress
The website is back! After a month, I've got a new version of the website working and back online. It might look exactly like the old website, but it's all completely new in terms of coding and technology and server stuff. The old website code was all written in 2013 and 2014, and hadn't been touched since then, except for minor features and bug fixes. The outdated technology was no longer supported by the web host, and so it all had to be fixed. Along with other issues, the whole site went down. But with lots of prodding, and with the help of new ai tools, it seems to be mostly working.
The bad news is that a lot of minor pages and features aren't there yet, but I'll get to them over the coming weeks.
The good news is that long term, this change will allow for new features and updates and redesigns (maybe a dedicated mobile version for running tournaments at conventions) far more easily and frequently than previously.
